About /
(top) |
|
| |
|
|
art{space} magazine first began as a series of creative
articles featured in various issues of the underground art zine,
Dead Letter Art.
After writing several columns investigating the art of setting up for art,
a deeper appreciation for creative environments emerged, inspiring some serious
business. Now, several years later, art{space} focuses
on the creative environment, studying external and internal topics, including
artist studio galleries, computer-setup reviews, and artist profiles, interviews,
and art. |

Sharing External Environments :
If you would like to share your creative studio environment with others,
art{ space} is a great place to start.
Online interviews and expositions eliminate the need for travel
while enabling more flexibility for presentation and elaboration.
Printed features require more preparation, planning, and precision,
and thereby require an actual studio interview, replete with cameras,
microphones, and coffee.
Sharing Internal Environments :
art{ space} also delves into the internal,
subjectively creative space that artists experience, explore, and express.
This encompasses ideas or philosophies relating to art or the creative
process, or even to the analysis of a particular external environment.
The goal here is to better understand the creative process through the
thoughts and ideas of interesting people.
